CONTINUED PID/K REGULATORS
|
|
Usage:
PID regulators are ment to be used for:
| - solid, set value regulation, |
| - regulation of remote controlled set value, |
| - relation regulation, |
| - three-component regulation, |
| - cascade regulation. |
Basic application is controlling the elements with continued activity
(such as electropneumatic motors), controlling with multiple impulse regulators
(as master regulator), controlling continued tiristor elements etc.
The regulator is compact realization in three case types.
Regulators have an abbility of displaying the two magnitudes: x and y;
| 1. |
display 3 and 1/2 digits, displaying "X" magnitude: |
| a) |
displaying realistic value in physical units or in percentage amount, |
| b) |
displaying difference of the measured and set value in realistic value or in percentage amount, |
| c) |
same as a and b, plus a possibility of measuring two magnitudes (such as x and x1 or x and y)
by choosing one of them via switch. |
| 2. |
bargraph-display with luminating diodes; displaying "Y" magnitude 0 - 100%.. |
There is possibility of manual or automatic process handling. The regulator's algorythms P-I-D are
adjustible from the front site of the regulator. Derivated part
is bound on "X" input magnitude, regulation aberration, or on special signal.
Regulator exists in two variations of action: normal or reverse:;
| - under normal action we mean that regulator for negative
regulation aberration ("X" is smaller than the set magnitude)
have a positive output activity as a result, output current is growing and
the valve is opening, |
| - under reverse activity we mean that regulator for negative
regulation aberration, execute negative action, output current is
falling and the valve is closing. |
