DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION:

GRAPHIC ALPHANUMERIC TERMINAL - MONITOR is mainly to be used as a supplement for devices such as displays, all kinds of regulators etc. By itself it doesn't have a clear enough display or it doesn't have it at all. However, by using this terminal it is possible to change certain parameters on devices connected to the terminal. Software defines which data will be displayed and which data can be changed.

One of the possible applications can be seen on the picture of the monitor showing an example of connecting with dosing scale. On the display a current measure is shown (bigger numbers) and a measure of eight differnet components, which make one action. If we are not satisfied with some of set measures we can change it via terminal.

Terminal is connected with other devices via communication RS 485 or RS 232. The communication is possible due to MODBUS protocol. Software written for the terminal is not universal, because the same necesseties for supervision , or the same devices which connect to the terminal are rare. Because of all that it is neccessary to adapt the software to current situation.
